Our 6-Month Warranty We offer a 6-month warranty on all pieces from the date of purchase. This covers:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasps or stones).

• Significant tarnishing beyond normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not cover lost items, theft, or damage caused by improper storage or abrasive misuse.

Exchanges & Refunds

• Exchanges Only: We offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not issue monetary refunds.

• 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange for unworn items in original packaging.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@cheejewellery.com. We will replace the item immediately at no cost to you.
