  1. Is Chée Jewellery real gold? Every piece is finished with a thick, high-quality layer of 18k Gold Plating. This gives you the radiant look and feel of solid gold while keeping our prices affordable.

  2. What stones do you use in your designs? We use AAA Grade Cubic Zirconia (CZ). These are high-quality stones selected for their incredible sparkle and diamond-like clarity. They offer a stunning, high-end look for daily wear.

  3. Is the jewellery water-resistant? Our pieces are water-friendly, meaning they can handle daily life and splashes (like rain or washing your hands). However, to preserve the 18k gold plating for as long as possible, we recommend removing your jewellery before showering or swimming.

  4. What is your Warranty policy? We offer a 6-Month Quality Warranty. If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect or unexpected tarnish within 6 months, we will take care of it. Contact us at info@cheejewellery.com.

  5. Can I return my order for a refund? We offer Exchanges or Store Credit only. We do not issue monetary refunds. If you change your mind, we are happy to help you swap your piece for something else within 14 days of delivery.

  6. What if my item arrives broken? Please check your order immediately! If anything is damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can send you a replacement.

  7. How do I make my jewellery last longer? The best way to maintain the shine is to put your jewellery on last—after your perfume and lotion have dried. When you aren't wearing it, keep it safe in your Chée pouch.

  8. Are earrings exchangeable? For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive faulty.

  9. Do you have a physical store? We previously welcomed customers at our boutique in Hong Kong, but we have since moved exclusively online. This allows us to focus on reaching our global community and offering our collections at the most accessible prices possible."
